Food for Fines at the Chester Library

 Help your neighbors, help yourself! Bring non-perishable food items, baby and cleaning supplies to Chester Library this July and receive credit toward unpaid fines.  All items will be given to the Chester Food Pantry where the cupboard can become a bit bare during the summer months.
