In observance of Holocaust Remembrance Week, Barbara Bernstein (right) recently sponsored a lecture by UConn professor Dr. Charles Lansing (left) as part of the Ernest Bernstein Honor with Books Fund at the Acton Public Library in Old Saybrook. The lecture, about the effect of the Cold War on the fate of the Nazi perpetrators after 1945, was followed by a question-and-answer period about the importance of justice, and remembering the horrors committed during the Holocaust.
