Body Found in North Haven Subdivision
North Haven Police were called to a small subdivision on Patten Road by its owner on Saturday, June 13 at 4:10 p.m. on a report that a female was lying on the ground and not moving.
The subdivision is in the excavation process and there are no homes built yet. The owner of the subdivision was on the property to show a building lot to a prospective buyer.
Police and parademics responded and found 21-year-old Bria Gray at the base of a rock lege. Gray, who resided on Patten Road, was pronounced dead at 4:26 p.m. by North Haven Paramedics. The Investigative Services Division of the North Haven Police Department along with the Connecticut State Police Central Major Crime Square also responded to the scene.
An investigation revealed that Gray sustained injuries consistent with falling from the ledge. A cause of death has yet to be determined.
