The East Haven Police Department is looking for the public's assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Daija Diaz, a 16-year-old Hispanic female. Daija is described as 5'2", 120 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with an unknown logo, blue jeans with designer rips, white sneakers, a white headband, and an ace bandage around her right hand. She also wears braces. She may be operating

She is believed to have been seen at Dunkin Donuts on Main Street in East Haven at about 4:20 p.m. yesterday, exiting a silver, older model SUV with tinted windows.

She was last seen riding a black scooter around 9 to 10 p.m. last night in the area of Cedar Court/The Birches Complex, East Haven.

She was possibly seen today on the scooter on Quinnipiac Avenue in New Haven at about 1:20 p.m.
