02/13/2015 11:00 PMWith the weather forecast upgraded to blizzard warnings Sunday, the fire department and Chester selectmen have decided it will not be safe to have Carnivale, the Chili Cookoff, or the tractor parade tomorrow. At this time there is no word as to if the Carnivale will be rescheduled.
