This month, the WPCA is likely to formally set the date of a February public hearing on a proposed supplemental Benefit Assessment on homeowners in Phase One of the Clean Water Fund program. The new benefit assessment would allocate to homeowners a share of the program's Phase One construction management costs known as soft costs.
