Guilford 2014: 375th party, Full-Day Kindergarten and Guilford Commons

The town’s celebrating its 375

^th

birthday was such a big deal that it couldn’t wait until 2014 to get the party started. The festivities actually kicked off on New Years’ Eve, the night before the start of the new year.

 There was other big news during the year, too – the start of full-day Kindergarten in Guilford public schools, work finally getting started on the long-awaited Guilford Commons project, and the news that the GuilfordFoodCenter was up for sale.
