East Haven Police Department are investigating after an 83-year-old woman said she was the target of harassment.

East Haven resident Stella Gauvin said her neighbor has been throwing rocks, rolls of pennies and even billboard balls at her home, which have left damage to her home as well as broken windows to the residence. She was able to get all her evidence on camera. The investigation is on-going.
