New London Woman Arrested for Role in Local Market Burglary
A New London woman was arrested on Thursday, June 19 for her involvement in a November 2013 burglary at Town and Country Market, 153 Glenwood Road, Clinton.
Brandy Williamson, 32, was taken into custody by Clinton Police on an outstanding arrest warrant for the Nov. 28, 2013 burglary. The burglary was the second of two burglaries that occured at the Town and Country Market in November.
After an investigation, police were able to identify the two suspects as Anthony V. Guddo, 29, and Williamson. The investigation also uncovered Guddo and Williamson's involvement in numerous commercial and residential burglaries across the shoreline from New London to Guilford.
Guddo's arrest is pending but he is currently being held at the New Haven Correctional Center for other criminal cases.
Williamson was held by the Clinton Police Department on a $100,000 court set bond and is scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court in Middletown today.
