Branford celebrated with town native Greg Nobile, 21, when the young Broadway producer earned his first Tony Award for his part in the 2014 Tony Award-Winning Best Musical, “A Gentleman’s Guide to Love & Murder” on June 8.

Acknowledging the blizzard of congratulatory posts hitting his social media accounts early into June 9, Nobile posted on Facebook, “Speechless. Thanks for the crazy support and love last night. Beyond grateful to have had my incredibly supportive family in town. Thanks for letting me dream.”
