A reminder for Guilford residents; sidewalks must be shoveled and cleared 24 hours after a snowstorm has ended. Violators can be fined up to $100 for each day that the sidewalk is not cleared.

The Fire Department is requesting that if you have a fire hydrant in front of your property, please keep it free and clear of snow in case of an emergency.
