11/24/2013 11:00 PMOn Sat. Dec. 14, your input can have an impact on the rebirth of a prime piece of North Branford's town center, by helping to determine the best future use of the old Town Hall-Community Center site and Route 80 corridor.
The North Branford Economic Development Commission (EDC) invites all interested citizens and stakeholders to bring their ideas to share, during a public workshop set for Sat. Dec. 14, 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. in the North Branford Intermediate School cafeteria, 645 Foxon Road.
Hosted by the EDC, the talk will be facilitated by the Yale Urban Design workshop as a hands-on, participatory "brainstorming session," according to North Branford Town Planner Carol Zebb. The session will kick off the planning study that is being commissioned by the EDC. Zebb encourages everyone to bring their friends, neighbors, ideas and enthusiasm.
