The voting has begun.

From 12 Noon until 8 p.m. today, Thurs., Oct. 10, the polls at Old Saybrook High School gymnasium will be open for a town-wide referendum. The ballot, divided into three separate questions, asks for voter authorization to issue bonds to pay for various town and school capital projects.
