Finance Board to Vote on Capital Projects List

Whether the $9.25 million police station question and $5.1 million school capital projects question move forward to the voters will be decided on Tues., Sept. 24th.

That's the date the Board of Finance has set for a special meeting to vote on whether  to send the two questions as approved by the Board of Selectmen on to Town Meeting and then referendum.  The Finance Board's meeting on Tues., Sept. 24th will start at 6 p.m. in the main conference room of Town Hall and is open to the public.

On Tuesday of this week, the Board of Finance heard public comments on the proposals and professional presentations on the scope and projected costs of the each the capital spending items.
