OLD SAYBROOK - Friends and family of the 133 graduating Old Saybrook High School seniors gathered on the school football field on June 19 to celebrate commencement exercises under perfect skies.

Both Valedictorian Matthew Cummins and Salutatorian Derek Arbige came to the podium to deliver speeches with their reflections. Cummins will attend Duke University and Arbige will attend UPenn next year.
