Bullying, Sexting, Drinking, Social Media and Tweens -- Special Program for Parents

On Tuesday, May 21, from noon to 1:30 p.m., Detective Phil Rosati of the Madison Police Department will talk with parents of tweens ages 9-14 on issues regarding bullying/ sexting and social media/ drinking and the use of drugs. Parents may bring other concerns to this meeting as well.

The program is being presented in cooperation with Madison Youth and Family Services (YFS). YFS points out that this is a tricky age group - not really young, yet not adolescents either. These are truly the in-between years. Parents are searching for information and Detective Rosati has generously offered his time to help parents navigate through these own growing years.

The discussion will be held at the Powder House. If you have any questions, please contact Marj Adler at Madison Youth and Family Services, 203-245-5676, or adlerm@madisonct.org.
