Clinton Woman Arrested on Drug Dealing Charges

A Clinton woman who had been under police surveillance was arrested following a traffic stop on Thursday, May 9 on Oak Ridge Lane.

According to police, Shea Decsare, 39, of Oak Ridge Lane, was operating a vehicle owned by a friend and passenger, Caitlin Creeron, 31, when she was pulled over and police located 45 bags of heroin, 25 bags of crack cocaine, a crack pipe, and needles in the vehicle. Police also determined that Decsare had sold narcotics to Creeron and others just prior to the stop. 

Decsare was arrested and charged with two counts of selling narcotics, possession of narcotics (cocaine) with intent to sell, possession of narcotics (heroin) with intent to sell, possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, and conspiracy to sell narcotics. 

The passenger, Creeron, was also arresed and charged with possession of narcotics and conspiracy to sell narcotics. 

Police said they had been watchin Descare's residence after numerous complaints of drug dealing over the past year from neighbors and others. 

Descares was held on a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Middletown Superior Court on Friday, May 10.
