The Town is issuing a Mandatory Evacuation for all residents south of the railroad tracks and areas that are prone to coastal flooding as of 2 p.m. today. The Community Center is open as a shelter. People should bring toiletries and linens - pets are welcome if they are in crates. The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is in partial activation, but soon to be full activation.
