09/21/2012 12:00 AMJohn Miller, one of four officers indicted in January for consiring to violate, and violating, the civil rights of members of the East Haven community, is expected to change his plea in a Hartford court this afternoon.
According to a report from David B. Fein, the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, Miller initially entered a not-guilty plea earlier this year.
Miller is scheduled for a change of plea hearing at approximately 4 p.m. today before Chief United States District Judge Alvin W. Thompson in Hartford, according to a written release from Fein.
