Tax Bills Available Online

The Town of Guilford announces the availability of online bill viewing for real estate, personal property and motor vehicles bills beginning July 1, 2012.  Electronic invoicing allows the Town of Guilford to offer email or web-based invoice services as a choice rather then the traditional paper invoices to their citizens.  Bills are available for viewing or payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  This not only saves money but contributes to saving the environment.

There are several factors that led the Town of Guilford to select Invoice Cloud as their vendor for this service.  The service is simple and easy to use and is optional for the taxpayers.  Taxpayers may now have easy access to replicas of their bills online.  The secure service allows electronic check and credit card payments and is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant.  Registration is not required to view a current bill and make a payment.

The Town of Guilford will be able to use this branded, secure payment portal for multiple types of bills, simplifying online payments for taxpayers by both saving them time and money.
