New Leaders for Westbrook Board of Ed

As a result of the November elections, most town boards’ leadership teams have remained the same. But with former Board of Education Chairman Matt Alaimo not seeking re-election, the leadership for the Board of Education did shift. At the December Board of Education meeting, the group chose Maureen Westbrook, long the board’s vice-chairman, as its new chairman. Assisting her on the leadership team will be Marti White as vice chairman and Myrn Keryc as board secretary.
