WESTBROOK – Cancellation of the May 24 State Bond Commission meeting has left uncertain whether funding for two Westbrook projects on the agenda for Commission approval – $750,000 for dredging of Westbrook's inner harbor channel and $100,000 for a new dog pound building on the new Town Garage site – will receive timely state bonding funds to offset their costs.
