Branford Fire Department Responds To Fatal Accident


Branford Firefighters and Police working on scene at a fatal Nothford Road accident.

Branford's Firefighter Paramedics responded to the report of a motor vehicle accident on Northford Road at 4:45pm today.

Upon arrival firefighters found a vehicle had struck a tree. Firefighters quickly gained access to the driver of the vehicle. Paramedics presumed the death of the driver on scene.

The Branford Police Department is investigating this accident and working to notify the drivers family.
