Police Officer Bob Nappe talks with Viola Zaorski about his year-long police training mission in Iraq at the Hagaman Memorial Library. Nappe was at the library to sign his book Blessed Are the Peacekeepers and to speak about his experience both in Iraq and in East Haven, where he initially lost his job for taking an unauthorized leave to train Iraqi police forces, but was later reinstated under the national media spotlight and amid a local political battle.
