In a swearing in ceremony conducted by the Honorable Judge Anthony DeMayo, returning East Haven Mayor April Capone Almon was joined on stage by Congressman Rosa DeLauro, State Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, Secretary of the State Susan Bysiewicz, State Comptroller Nancy Wyman, and scores of East Haven schoolchildren eager to take part in history.
