Congrats Arethusa and The Mystic Cheese Company

Connecticut Dairy, also known as the Connecticut Milk Promotion Board, reports that both The Mystic Cheese Company and Arethusa Farm have been recognized by the American Cheese Society Conference for excellence while competing against over 1,400 entries from across the country. “The Mystic Cheese Company took home the gold medal for The Gray in the International Style category...Arethusa Farm earned first-place wins with their whole milk yogurt in the ‘Plain Yogurt with No Additional Ingredients’ category and in the ‘Soft Ripened Cheese’ class, among other accolades.“ Congrats to both!
