09/14/2023 09:15 AMBreakwater Books, 81 Whitfield Street, Guilford will host Books & Bites on Thursday, Sept. 14 from 6 to 8 p.m. featuring Flashbulb Memories, by Gail Walsh Chop and Margaret Corbett Wiley. The cost is $25, which includes music and a small bites menu, a beverage ticket, a raffle entry, an autographed book, and a discussion, reading, book signing, and Q & A with the author.
Other events coming up at Breakwater this month include a free children’s story time event on Saturday, Sept. 23 at 11 a.m. featuring Smeagull The Seagull. On Sunday, Sept. 24 at 3 p.m. local author Peggy Adler of Clinton will be featured with a presentation that includes local history and math puzzles. The event is free.
