Transilvania Restaurant and Bar, 23 Main Street, East Haven, has posted notice of its Halloween party Tuesday, Oct. 31, from 5 to 8 p.m. Reservations are accepted, and I wanted to let you know because spots at Transilvania’s events usually fill up fast.
