Summer Arts Festival on Essex Town Green

The Summer Arts Festival will take place on the Essex Connecticut Town Green, Saturday, June 17, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, June 18, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Presented by the Arts Center Killingworth and Spectrum Gallery in Centerbrook, the festival is located at 12 Main Street, Essex. There will be fine art photography and original artwork by painters working in oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, photography, and mixed media collage. Fine crafts can be found in pottery, ceramic, wood, and glass, as well as unique jewelry creations.

Spectrum Gallery and Store, 61 Main Street, Centerbrook, an expansion of the Arts Center, is nearby the festival and is currently exhibiting Nature Celebrates through July 8.
