Charcuterie Workshop and Wine Pairing


Executive Chef Brian Warmingham and a cheesemonger from Cato Corner Farm will teach people on to build a charcuterie board at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Madison Beach Hotel, 94 West Wharf Drive, Madison. Tickets are $85 and participants will be able to take home a 15” x 7” Acacia wood paddle board ideal for building elaborate charcuterie displays. Also featured will be a variety of Cato Corner cheeses and smoked meats, along with house-made items to include mostarda, pickled raisins, cured olives, bread and butter pickles, and two wine pairings, one white and one red.
