Giuliano Hazan at Madison Beach Hotel

On Saturday, April 15, Madison Beach Hotel will host Chef Giuliano Hazan, who specializes in Italian cuisine, on Saturday, April 15, as part of its Epicurean Series. Hazan, the only son of renowned Chef Marcella Hazan, who is often referred to as the godmother of Italian cooking, is carrying on his mother’s legacy. Madison’s own Jacques Pépin, French chef, author, culinary educator, television personality, and artist, says Hazan’s “books are gold standard, especially The Classic Pasta Cookbook.
