Congrats Arethusa!


Congrats to Arethusa Farm Dairy! The Connecticut-based company learned in late February that their Europa Cheese has been named the Best Entry in the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest. In the contest, hosted by a Wisconsin Cheese Markers Association, the gouda cheese was awarded a score of 98.739 out of 100. It beat out 2,249 entries from 197 dairy companies and cooperatives across 35 U.S. states. In addition to cheese, Arethusa makes yogurt, ice cream, milk, butter, sour cream, and seasonal treats.
