And Tour Guide Training

The Shore Line Trolley Museum is looking for volunteers to help make history come alive.

The museum is gearing up for a very busy year, with brand new special events running throughout 2023. The museum is looking for all types of volunteers and will be kicking off the year with its annual trolley operator training class.

The Trolley Operator training class is a comprehensive five-week full day Saturday program with combined on-site and online instruction. Participants will receive hands-on training on operating the cars and handling all aspects of the railway, historical information, and public speaking skills.

The class starts on Saturday, Feb. 25 at the museum. Volunteer trolley operators must be 18.
