The New Haven Bioregional Group will host the presentation, The Science of Oyster Reefs in New Haven, on Saturday, March 4 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Q River Grill at 3 - 5 Clifton Street in New Haven.

Dr. Zofia Baumann of the University of Connecticut will discuss her ongoing research on oyster reefs in New Haven's Quinnipiac River and Morris Creek. The talk will be held in the event room at Q River Grill. Parking is available onsite. There is also easy access from CT Transit bus line #212.

This event is free and open to the public. Light appetizers will be provided, and drinks and other food will be available from the restaurant.
