Gregg and Mary Amter are offering another adults-only cooking class at Mary’s Culinary Classes, 390 South Union Street, Guilford on Friday, Feb. 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. This one will feature creamy Tuscan sausage gnocci and a double chocolate brownie trifle. In addition to learning how to create a fabulous meal and dessert, attendees will learn basic knife skills and cooking techniques.
