A New Restaurant For Madison? Yes, Please

LaForesta, 163 Route 81, Killingworth, offers a wide range of Italian dishes for dinner, including risotto, osso buco, rigatoni bologneses, and more. But don’t forget to check the burger specials. Two recent offerings included a Cajun dusted beef patty with melted blue cheese, lettuce, and sliced tomato, along with The Works, a burger topped with sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms, melted Provolone, and drizzled with a demi glace. Owner Francesco Lulaj also has his sights set on the former Madison Winter Club on the Boston Post Road in Madison, where he hopes to open a restaurant if he can work things out with the local planning board, according to CTInsider.
