I am excited to support Moira Rader for reelection as our State Representative for the 98th District. I first met Moira 12 years ago when our children were in kindergarten together at A.W. Cox School. Moira is a constant presence in our community, volunteering in school PTOs, the church, and as an elected member of the Board of Education. Over the years, I’ve learned that Moira has a strong work ethic, a positive, can-do attitude, and acts with both compassion and common sense.

In her first term, Moira has proven she’s a strong leader in Hartford, and she has dedicated herself to tirelessly advocating for her community and addressing the needs of her constituents. Since she was first elected in 2022, Moira has shown her dedication to children and working families by backing quality educational programs and advocating for policies that benefit working families, such as the expansion of paid sick leave. Moira is also focused on supporting senior citizens through her efforts to create elder care reforms and implement retirement income tax relief programs. Moira genuinely cares about the people she represents and will continue to fight for policies that improve the quality of life for all of us.
