I write this letter hoping it will encourage voters to reelect Christine Cohen to the Connecticut State Senate. She has been a strong advocate for women’s rights and local control of public schools. Her legislation to make community college free to Connecticut residents will provide more students the opportunity to pursue further education that they might not otherwise afford. A third term in office will enable her to continue advocating for badly needed improvements in nursing homes, better gun legislation, and greater funding for Shore Line East to expand service. Vote for Christine Cohen, the candidate who will continue to work for all Connecticut residents.
