Will Work for Our Best Interests

In reading the letters in the past few weeks in support of my friend, Cinzia Lettieri, I knew I needed to speak up in support also. I was so happy to meet Cinzia several years ago when I was volunteering for the PTA and the Democratic Town Committee. We bonded over shared experiences of working in school systems while raising families and wanting to do more for our community. As a mother, educator, and community volunteer, I am in awe of just how hard Cinzia works to understand the needs of our town of Clinton and now her campaign in Westbrook and Killingworth. It is often said that women do it all and aren't given the recognition they deserve. Cinzia does it all — and she continues to be an engaged mom, wife, teacher, and leader. I want to recognize that when she becomes our next state legislator, nothing will change. Cinzia will work for all of our best interests, gaining funds for old infrastructure, helping our schools to grow, and bringing business and needed upgrades to our communities. I can not wait to see what her future holds for all of us.
