A Clear Plan
As a lifelong resident of Connecticut, I’m deeply concerned about the rising cost of living in our state—especially skyrocketing energy prices. It’s becoming harder for families like mine to make ends meet, and unfortunately, our current state senator, Christine Cohen, has only made it worse.
This past legislative session, Christine Cohen had the chance to help lower electricity rates, but instead, she voted to keep prices high. Her support for radical policies, like the proposed ban on gas-powered cars, is directly contributing to these rising costs. She hasn’t offered any meaningful solutions to combat the energy crisis; instead, she backs policies that push rates even higher for everyone, like banning gas-powered vehicles.
On the other hand, Paul Crisci is offering real, practical solutions to lower energy costs. He recognizes that we need to study increasing our natural gas supply, which would directly help reduce electricity rates. Additionally, by embracing clean energy options like nuclear and hydrogen, which are low to zero-carbon, we can protect the environment while also ensuring energy remains affordable.
Connecticut families deserve a representative who prioritizes reducing their financial burdens, not increasing them. That’s why I’m supporting Paul Crisci for State Senate. He has a clear plan to lower energy prices and make life more affordable for everyone in our state.
