A Win-Win

March 16 was a big day for Region 4 Education Foundation, Inc. We held our second annual Catch a Leprechaun 5K in Essex. We had about 200 runners, and we increased our sponsorships. The race was a win-win for both Valley Regional High School and John Winthrop Middle School students because the money we raised helps to expand the students' educational experiences with funds that normally are not included in the school budget. The Region 4 Education Foundation is extremely grateful to all the sponsors, runners, volunteers, and the Town of Essex for helping to make this event so successful.
