Great Perspective

I am writing in support of Mark Caldarella for the Zoning Commission in the town of Old Saybrook.

Mark is an experienced Zoning Commissioner, having served eight years as vice chair and was recently elected as chair. Mark’s goals for zoning are open and direct: to continue being a valued member supporting and meeting the growth and affordable housing needs of the town and its citizens through effective zoning management. Mark is open-minded and transparent and takes the time to review each application to effectively uphold the zoning regulations while finding a way to meet the applicant’s needs.

Mark is a longtime resident of Old Saybrook, having a 30-year involvement with the town. In addition, Mark has held positions in a number of town and civic organizations, which gives him a great perspective on the zoning needs of the town.
