I’m writing in support of the amazing Republican women who have come forward for (re)election this fall to Old Saybrook’s Boards/Commissions: Barbara Labriola for Town Treasurer, Karina Julius, and Kelley Kennedy for the Board of Education, Erin Colwell for Zoning Board of Appeals, Jackie Prast for the Police Commission, and Star Rueckert for the Parks and Recreation Commission.

These women come with varied career backgrounds and vocations and are committed to working to maintain Old Saybrook’s reputation for excellence in fiscal management, education, public safety, zoning, and recreational resources. They have demonstrated skills in collaboratively working through issues and delivering results to improve the quality of life for Old Saybrook.
