Guilford Art Center (GAC) would like to thank the town of Guilford, its citizens, businesses, and our many volunteers who helped to make our annual Guilford Craft Expo on the Guilford Green another wonderful event.

Every year, Guilford Craft Expo brings a crowd to the heart of our town. In addition to the show, they are introduced to Guilford’s wonderful town attractions, restaurants, and shops. GAC is so appreciative of working with the many town departments in order to celebrate this annual event. Our fantastic corps of more than 50 volunteers are also key to the show’s success. They not only dedicate their time to help manage the show but also serve as important ambassadors for our town and its amenities.

GAC is so fortunate that thousands of community members and visitors attend the event, as they are making a difference through their support of the arts. This event serves as GAC’s largest fundraiser; proceeds support our educational and community programs, which serve Guilford, the shoreline, and the state of Connecticut.

This year, for what we believe is the first time in the show’s 66-year history, we had to close the event on Sunday due to severe weather. While we regretted having to make this decision, we appreciated everyone’s understanding. Thank you to all who turned out to support the event on Friday and Saturday. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the Green next July for Guilford Craft Expo 2024!
