Uniquely Qualified

I am delighted to lend my support to the candidacy of Moira Rader to be state representative representing the 98th District. I am confident that she will continue in the fine tradition established by our current representative, Sean Scanlon, who is presently running for the position of State Comptroller.

There are so many reasons to support her candidacy - but I believe that one of the most important is her strong business experience. Moira’s background (25 years in architecture and design and her work as a licensed realtor) makes her uniquely qualified to contribute to the discussion of how to grow the business sector in Connecticut.

In my discussions with Moira, I have found her to be well informed on the issues and willing to roll up her sleeves to do the hard work needed to get things done. That is what she has done on the Guilford Board of Education, and that is what she would do in Hartford .

I look forward to voting for Moira Rader as our State Representative and Christine Cohen as our State Senator in November.
