I am writing as a public thank you to State Representative Robin Comey (D-102). I, like many others, had a problem with the Department of Labor (DOL) over unemployment claims filings. After repeated unsuccessful attempts to contact the DOL via telephone and an unsuccessful attempt to reach them via email, I contacted representative Comey via email.

Not only did she respond to email almost immediately, she gathered all of my information in a very short period of time. Through her efforts, my issues were resolved in a matter of a week or two.

This occurred during what I am sure were tremendously busy times in her office preparing for the short session and its many important issues to be faced.

It is great to know that our elected representatives do just that—represent us when we need their help. Robin earned my support and I was totally pleased with her efforts on my behalf.
