A Tireless Advocate
I write to encourage my neighbors and friends in Branford to vote for Robin Comey as our next state representative from the 102nd District.
Robin is a passionate advocate for children’s services. I have worked with Robin at the Branford Early Childhood Collaborative, which she helped organize and has led for five years. She has brought new resources to the town for support of early childhood education, providing professional development opportunities for our childcare workers in pre-schools and in-home day care.
Robin is a tireless advocate to protect children who are at risk for dangerous food allergies. She knows how to listen to people, how to organize people to solve problems, and how to move big organizations when change is needed.
Robin ran and won a seat on the Branford RTM in 2016. When our outstanding state representative, Lonnie Reed, announced her retirement as our state representative, Robin stepped up as a candidate to represent us in Hartford. Lonnie has endorsed Robin’s candidacy.
Branford would be fortunate to have Robin Comey representing us in the State Legislature and I hope that many of your readers will join me in voting for this outstanding candidate.
