Help Those Who Cannot See

There are a number of blind and visually impaired people in Branford. It would be helpful to have an audible walk signal for these people. The light in the center would be about the best place to put such a signal. These signals can be altered to suit the intersection in sound and duration.

I encourage your readers to help those of us who cannot see the signal and know when it is safe to cross. I have written two letters in the past to the Board of Police Commissioners in Branford. I was told it controls the traffic signals in Branford. I have also spoken with people in Town Hall and numerous people in town.
