On behalf of the Chester Fife & Drum Corps. I would like to thank all those who came out to our chicken BBQ fundraiser and made it a great success. A good time was had by all. We would like to thank the following organizations for their support, Chester American Legion #97, Deep River-Chester Lions Club. And a special thank you to the Essex Veterans Memorial Hall for all their support and use of facility for all our fundraisers to date. All of the funds collected will go towards our 150th muster celebration being held on Saturday, Sept. 22 at the Chester fairgrounds. Please join us at our next fundraiser breakfast July 15th details to follow.
