Understanding and Respect
As a long-time volunteer at the Guilford Free Library, board member, and Building Committee member for the renovation, I have come to know Sandy Ruoff through thick and thin. When the town rejected the first vote for the renovation, she buckled down, cut costs wherever she could so that the second vote was a “Yes.” The library you see today is due to her vision. Her understanding and respect for Guilford’s needs and concerns is reflected in her library budgets; she has been doing them for 30 years.
We are fortunate that as Sandy retires from the library she would like to continue serving our town as a selectman. She, along with Matt Hoey and Lou Federici, is a member of a team of experienced candidates who deserve our vote on Nov. 7.
